Here is a little backstory on why I decided to go into Online Coaching...
The first time I really considered online coaching was with some amazing movers a few years ago. There were some really aggressive type personalities offering online coaching with warnings that it would be extremely hard work and not to apply if you weren't serious, that you would be expected to spend at least 4 hours a day on skill building and not to waste their time asking stupid questions. You may know a few coaches like that...
I almost applied, but I was a but turned off by the whole approach. What could these guys who are practically scaring me out of wanting to improve my fitness teach me, after I have spent almost a decade studying with a master, Scott Sonnon.
My style of training (Clubbell Yoga, TACFIT, Heavy Clubbells and FlowFit and RAD Roller) fits my lifestyle as a mom, a professional, a yogi and a Flow specialist, and I have created a system to bring that to my Online Coaching Clients as well. The system is efficient, no bull, customized, quality and intelligent. You will get out of it what you put into it, and I am very proud to offer my Online Coaching service to help you get the most out of your time. I am also really excited to work with students who have been studying these programs from a distance, who now can have the opportunity to work closely with me.
My Fit Body Wellness: Yoga & Clubbell Training philosophy has always been to empower people to live the best version of themselves, EVERYDAY. So I hope to not only create a 4 or 6 week training regimen for my clients, but to inspire them to move better and create more flow in their lives.
