November Semi-Private Training
Due to the high volume of requests for group training in Clubbell Yoga modalities, we are offering a new opportunity for semi-private group training at Fit Body Wellness. All levels and abilities are welcome. Modifications are always offered for all body types, previous injuries, and skill levels.
When: Every Friday in November at 7:30am - 8:30am
Where: Bell Tower Studio/Lydia Place
1430 North Garden St.
Cost: 4 Sessions for $60 (or 3 sessions for $45)
*no refunds for missed classes
The Workout (55 Minutes):
A Hybrid workout including elements of TACFIT, bodyweight exercises and FlowFit. Expect a 10 minute joint mobility & core warm up, followed by an alignment focused round of the Conditioning Workout, then the timer goes on for 20 minutes of high intensity interval training. End with dynamic mobility & deep stretches.

Limited to the first 12 people who register, this class will be held every Friday 7:30am in November (4th, 11th, 18th, 24th ), with option to continue in December. No drop ins permitted, and we will be working on specific goals of the group, and building our strength & stamina together as a team. Don't miss this rare opportunity for high quality coaching & programming.

**This semi-private class will only run with a minimum of 5 people, if we do not make 5 people then the class will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Be prepared to sweat! Shoes are optional. Get ready to get in gear for winter time adventuring. These sessions will ramp up your conditioning.
