Your personal wellness plan will include the following elements with detailed instruction and coaching:
fitness assessment: body fat analysis, circumference measurements, posture screening, functional movement testing, muscle endurance, blood pressure & interview. This is required before starting training.
one on one workouts: specific exercise prescription including cardio & strength training, excellent for motivation and technique development.
nutrition guidance: caloric intake needed for weight loss, practical nutrition guidance and accountability.
daily stretches & core exercises: home exercise to help you progress toward your goals.

Option 1: Workout in a ‘gym’ setting
Pricing for Boutique Gym Sessions: You can train at a boutique gym in Manhattan for $130* per session.
*This includes the cost of renting the space.
What to Expect: Summer utilizes areas in the gym to train you using Circular Strength Training and Yoga, a dynamic and well-balanced workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Other Gyms: Summer may be able to negotiate with your gym and form a contract for her to train you at your home gym. These sessions are available on a case by case basis.

Option 2: Workout in your home or office
Pricing for Individual Home Training: Home sessions are $125-150 per session depending on travel time & specialized equipment. If your home requires more travel time to get to, you may be in the higher range.
Pricing for Joint Sessions: Exercise with a friend & split the cost. Sessions are $160 for training two people at once. Summer will design a program that takes into account individual needs (e.g. injuries, limitations, etc. [photo by Michelle Meiklejohn]
What to Expect: Summer utilizes space in her client’s homes such as the living room (moving some furniture), basement, outdoor deck or nearby parks (weather permitting). By bringing exercise out of the gym, it becomes more a part of the client’s lifestyle instead of a huge effort.
