Clubbells & Strength
We train our functional strength training clients with a tool called a Clubbell, which is superior to the dumbell because of its long handle which forces you to use core & stabilizers to hold. The Clubbell is used for strengthening the arms, core and legs in virtually every exercise. When swung (like a kettlebell) it can be used for High Intensity training, which will help you develop power and your physique.
We also utilize TRX suspension training, gymnastic rings, and kettle bells into our sessions. Functional training could indeed change your life, make you move better and even improve your mood. But don't take my word for it... try it out yourself.
Private Movement Coaching
We offer movement coaching with our signature method: Awaken, Condition & Practice. This is the optimal way to train and also means you get 3 distinct components in every workout, see below.
Awaken: Activate the nervous system with a joint mobility warmup followed body weighted dynamic flows.
Condition: Workout with Clubbells, Kettlebells, TRX and other functional fitness tools designed to train movement.
Practice: Cool down with yoga stretches that are easy to follow and specific to you.
This style of training is for people who are sick of conventional training, perpetual motion machines (aka treadmills) and who want to progress beyond their current abilities with intelligent fitness.

My approach to yoga is to teach alignment, breath and flow, and through those elements the deeper connection with self results. All poses are adaptable and can be modified for different body types and flexibility levels.
