Clubbell Yoga with the Fit Body Wellness team!
FBW Coaches are excited to kick off the new year by sharing some new Clubbell Yoga Flow Classes. Beginner's are always welcome, and strongly encouraged. You will learn a ton if you commit to a weekly practice.
*Note: You must the purchase the whole class series, and no refunds are given for missed classes. We hope to keep you accountable and growing in your athleticism and encourage consistency.
Come see how much you can improve in just 4 weeks of training in this powerful modality. All levels are welcome, even if you have never touched a Clubbell or done yoga. This yoga is for everyone!

Clubbell Yoga Series:
Each class will feature a hybrid workout and flow from the newest Clubbell Yoga video series that launched this spring + Primal 12 workouts/flows.
Expect to sweat, burn and flow in each class.
Very affordable option with highest quality coaching.
The Workout (75 Minutes):
A fusion workout blending Clubbell Yoga conditioning with weighted and unweighted vinyasa. We will use the traditional awaken, condition, practice format for all classes. Expect high energy, 6D flow, challenge and lots of support from Clubbell Yogis in the community.
Gear up for the New Year!
To receive the most benefit from this type of class we recommend going for a 3 or 4 pack, but we are offering smaller packages for busy bodies this month!
Limited to the first 20 people who register, this class will be held every Saturday 9am in January (7th, 14th, 21st & 28th). A FEW drop ins are permitted, and we will be working on specific goals of the group (FLOWSTATE training), and building our strength & stamina together as a team. Don't miss this rare opportunity for high quality coaching & programming.
**This semi-private class will only run with a minimum of 10 people, if we do not make 10 people then the class will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
