Clubbell Athletics - 
​April 4 Class Series


Don't miss this opportunity to train with Roxanne, one of our premier coaches at Fit Body Wellness! 

When: 7am-8am, May 4th-25th 
Cost: $60 for all 4 Classes ($15 per class)
Where: Fit Body Wellness (1430 North Garden St)
What: 60 Minute Clubbell Athletics Class for maximum toning, burn, sweat and flow!
Who: All levels are welcome! Modifications always offered. 


More about Clubbell Athletics...
Training with clubbells helps increase stability, improve joint strength, prevent injury, produce force, and stimulate neuromuscular coordination to people of all ages and fitness levels. Expect to sweat, get a stronger core, more powerful heart and better mind-body connection through the physical demands of clubbell athletics!

In this class, we will be reinforcing the basics of training with clubbells.Clubbell exercises are learned incrementally, starting with simple components to build up a solid structure, and gradually working into more complex component chains and eventually swinging the clubbell in all planes of motion.

Each week, we will awaken the body with mobility and activation drills to prepare us for the clubbell conditioning/flow protocol. Immediately post-conditioning, we will spend several minutes de-stressing the body with held stretches to bring the body back to it’s ideal relaxed state. Each week we will build on the components learned the previous week and by the end of the month, you will be swinging!
