Big welcome to our newest Fit Body Wellness Coach, Megan Percy. She has a strong background in Kinesiology, amazing energy and a willingness to coach others toward their progress. I recently interviewed her for our #Flowstateofmind Ambassador program, and loved her answers. Get to know her below, and don't hesitate sign up for an Intro Special with her before her schedule fills up! What does it mean to you to be in #flowstateofmind in business, your physical practice, in meditation, and everyday life? Megan: To be in a #flowstateofmind, life seamlessly transitions from one thing to the next, moment by moment, from staying focused and calm in the present. By doing so, goals become clearer and achievable- this allows me to create a life that is in flow with how I WANT to live my life! What is your favorite quote about Flow? Megan: "I think 99 times and I find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me." - Albert Einstein What is your story? Please include your experience, your philosophy, your expertise, and your approach in your industry. Megan: Recently, I graduated from Western Washington University with my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. For three and a half years while at Western, I taught yoga to students while working at our Rec Center, and also worked for Lululemon Athletica. During this time, I was immersed in an environment that thrived on helping others create a healthy lifestyle and find balance in their life. After graduation, I discovered Clubbell Yoga and completed an internship for Summer Huntington and the Fit Body Wellness company. Now that my internship has come to a complete, I have begun to work with the Fit Body Wellness team and have completed a Clubbell Yoga instructor training. Starting to develop my professional career, I feel the utmost importance in spreading my LOVE and PASSION for fitness and yoga by connecting with the people of my community to better their lives. Share a personal story about being in Flow? How did it impact your experience or your performance, or both?
Megan: A time I stepped into a #flowstateofmind was when I agreed to complete an internship with Summer in November without knowing what this internship entailed or what it would bring into my future life. At a time where I was about to pack up and move to try living in a different environment, I saw this internship as a sign to stay in Bellingham and give it my all. Being willing to open up my time and learn the foundations of the Fit Body Wellness company allowed an abundance of opportunities to emerge in my life. Now I am working for a team full of knowledgable and loving people, building my own yoga and fitness professional identity, and continuing to create a life that I am stoked about while helping others.
